CHC BENEFITS PACAKGE

 CHC is committed to supporting our employees and their families. Our benefits cover eligible employees and their dependents, including domestic partners (both same-sex and opposite-sex) registered with any state or local domestic partner registry. 

Medical

 CHC offers excellent medical plans. All employees are eligible to enroll in the Cigna Captive PPO, and employees in California and Washington also have the option of the Kaiser HMO. These benefits are funded by both CHC and employees. 

Dental

CHC provides comprehensive dental coverage, including up to four annual cleanings. Employees may select Principal Dental PPO, a benefit shared by CHC and employees. 

Vision

 CHC fully covers vision plans for all eligible employees. Co-pays are $20 for annual exams and $20 for standard lenses, with up to $150 credit toward frames or contacts every 12 months. This benefit is funded by both CHC and employees. 

Group Term Life & Accidental Death and Dismemberment

 All eligible employees automatically receive $50,000 in Group Term Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) insurance, fully paid by CHC. Additional coverage is available for purchase for yourself and your dependents 

Supplemental Insurance

 We offer voluntary, employee-paid benefits for additional protection, including accident, medical bridge, cancer security, and critical illness coverage. 

Employee Assistance Program

 Employees and household members have access to TELUS, a confidential, employer-paid service offering support for marriage and family issues, emotional concerns, substance abuse, and other personal matters. 

Pre-Paid Legal

CHC offers a payroll deduction plan for prepaid legal advice, and an employee-paid benefit. 

Pet Insurance

At CHC, we consider pets part of the family, so we offer pet insurance options: Pet Protection or Pet Protection with Wellness. This is an employee-paid benefit. 

Flexible Spending Account

FSA allows you to use pre-tax contributions from your paycheck to cover uninsured healthcare and dependent care expenses. This is an employee-paid benefit 

Tuition Reimbursement

CHC reimburses employees up to $1,000 per year for tuition and required course fees for all passing grades, applicable to undergraduate, graduate, and post-graduate studies. 

Employee Referral

 We value employee referrals! If a referred candidate is hired and completes 6 months of employment, the referring employee may receive a referral award of $2,500 to $10,000, depending on the position. 

Paid Time Off

Based on years of service, eligible employees accrue PTO:

PTO Cash Out

 Employees may cash out up to the number of PTO hours taken in the current year, up to a maximum of 120 hours, provided they retain at least 40 hours of PTO for unexpected absences. 

Hybrid

 CHC offers a hybrid schedule for *employees eligible to work remotely, supporting a balance between work, family, and personal obligations.

Sick Days

 We provide 5 days of sick time to support employees in recovering from illness.    


Holidays

CHC offers a total of 12 paid holidays.

New Year's Day, MLK, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (2 days), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.     


401(k)

 We offer both traditional and Roth 401(k) options, an employer-sponsored plan to help you save for retirement. 


Employee Stock Ownership Plan

CHC is 100% employee-owned through our ESOP, a retirement plan fully funded by CHC, so employees don’t have to contribute even a dime. The ESOP’s primary investment is in CHC stock.
