Welcome to the team! We’re excited to have you join X and look forward to the contributions you’ll make. We’re confident you’ll be a valuable addition and can’t wait to see all that you accomplish here.
On your first day, please bring the acceptable documents listed on the I-9 form. Our dress code is business casual. Please plan to arrive at your designated start time and feel free to park in any unmarked space in the parking lot.
When you arrive, please check in with our receptionist, who will notify us. Your manager will meet you in the lobby, introduce you to the team, show you to your workspace, and provide a brief office tour—including a quick introduction to some of our tools (yes, even the copy machine!).

Donna Kronenberg, VP of HR, SPHR
Donna is a seasoned HR professional with over 20 years of experience, bringing expertise in talent management and strategy that keeps CHC at the forefront of attracting top industry talent and supporting employee development through innovative benefits programs. She has led new initiatives for recruiting, training, and retaining elite employees and continually explores inventive ways to make CHC more than just a job. Donna chairs both the 401(k) Investment and ESOP Administrative Committees and also leads the East Bay HR.com board while serving as a member of the Bay Area Human Resource Executives Council (BAHREC).
Outside of work, Donna values her role as a mom and is dedicated to family. She enjoys gardening, running, and pilates, balancing her occasional indulgence in a sweet treat or a glass of wine!
HR Profiles - Manager
As the Human Resources Manager, Patty is responsible for the day-to-day functions of HR.
Patty started her career with CHC 14 years ago as an Expeditor in Flowtherm Systems. Eventually, she was promoted to Executive Assistant and Facilities Manager. However, her passion has always been to help others grow, so she pursued a Certificate in Human Resource Management from Cal State East Bay.
Due to her persistence and dedication to the company, she was promoted to Human Resources Manager. She has flourished in that role by recruiting top talent, assisting with the creation of CHC’s Onboarding Program, and managing safety. If this was not enough, she also earned her Associate Professional Human Resources Certificate at the same time.

Patty’s greatest accomplishment in life is raising four kind and successful kids (three boys and one girl)! She loves to spend time with her husband and her grandchildren. At the end of the day, Patty has said she likes to have made a difference wherever she has been in whatever she was doing. She is always looking for new ways to do just that.
