 Open Enrollment: Make the Most of Your Benefits

Your physical, mental, and financial well-being starts with choosing the right health plan. Follow these steps to select the best coverage for you and your family:

1. Review the Employee Benefits Guide

• California; Non-California versions  *this will be uploaded soon

2. Choose your benefits: 

• Discuss health insurance options with your family if applicable.  
• Review cost-per-check for Full-Time and Part-Time employees; rates remain unchanged from last year. 

3. Enroll Through EASE

• Log in and review your benefits, even if you are not making changes
• The EASE link will be sent to your CHC email on Monday, November 10, 2025
